Freelance Bilingual Content Writer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a freelance bilingual content writer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Spanish and English. You will engage in realistic conversations with the models, assess their logical flow, and create new dialogue scenarios to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct written conversations with AI chatbots in Spanish and English to gauge progress.
• Write novel dialogue scripts that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and brand voice.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to refine model performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
