German Customer Support Expert

About the role

A world-leading technology services company is looking for a German-speaking customer support expert in Barcelona. The role suits tech-savvy people who enjoy researching topics online and solving technical questions for its users.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with users by email, phone and chat
• Analyze each user's account setup and previous interactions to recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot technical questions covering software, hardware and logistics
• Escalate complex issues and explain the reason for escalation

Required profile

• Native-level German and C1 English
• Previous customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
• Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
• Experience in a metric and target-focused environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and strong attention to detail

What we offer

• Permanent full-time contract (39 hours per week) with a salary of 22,000 EUR gross per year
• Relocation package: flight tickets and 600 EUR
• Schedule from 08:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday, with two free days per week
