Graduate Trainee – People & Organization HR Business Partner (Production)

About the role

SEAT is seeking a recent graduate to join its exclusive 12‑month Graduate Trainee Program within the People & Organization function, specifically as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Production area. The trainee will support various business units by advising on labour regulations, HR policies and processes, helping align daily operations with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to production teams, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.
• Assist in the implementation of HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with line managers to align workforce planning with business goals.
• Participate in cross‑functional strategic projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with some professional experience.
• Agile, flexible, proactive and sociable personality.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources within an automotive manufacturing environment.
