Group Audit Operations Intern

About the role

Zurich Insurance Group is recruiting a Group Audit Operations Intern at ServiZurich in Barcelona, which has been part of the Group since 2006 and provides technology, investment, administration and accounting support to Zurich's business units. The internship is paid, up to 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule, and is open to students studying in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to new ideas in Group Audit and support continuous improvement of ways of working.
• Support strategic projects across workstreams such as planning and reporting, process improvement, automation and agile initiatives.
• Coordinate internal communications and organise and plan Group-wide and leadership meetings.
• Help prepare content for local and Group-wide team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international and multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Active Bachelor's or Master's student at a Spanish university or institution.
• Studying Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Strategy and Organisation, Communications or another relevant field.
• Available for a part-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
• Basic project coordination, task prioritisation and organisation.
