Guest Services Intern - Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Guest Service Intern supports the front office and guest relations teams at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey. The internship gives hands-on experience in check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, concierge services and service recovery, while learning the core principles of luxury service and hotel operations. The position is a seasonal, full-time contract of 40 hours per week with consecutive and rotating shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and support them with luggage handling, following hotel procedures and service standards.
• Escort guests to their rooms and give basic information about hotel facilities and services.
• Help organize, tag, store and deliver guest luggage.
• Assist guests with directions, general information, and transportation arrangements such as taxis and guest vehicles.
• Maintain a smooth flow of guests and vehicles at the entrance and keep the entrance, driveway and luggage areas clean and welcoming.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, opening hours, activities and events, and pass on requests, preferences or concerns to the Front Desk and other departments.
• Work closely with the Front Office and other teams, learn safety, security and emergency procedures, and handle guest interactions warmly and professionally.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to complete an internship in Spain.
• Comfortable performing a physically active role involving standing for long periods and helping with luggage.

Required skills

• Customer service and communication skills in a multicultural luxury hospitality setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Interest in developing knowledge of Mallorca's attractions, restaurants, activities and transport.
• Ability to work as a team player with the Bell, Front Office and other hotel teams.
