About the role

This remote leadership position is aimed at a creative video professional who can blend storytelling with marketing strategy. Based in Spain, you will steer the production of video assets that boost brand presence, support campaigns, and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit high‑quality video content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and internal communications.
• Translate marketing strategies and brand messaging into compelling visual stories.
• Develop concepts, motion graphics, and creative direction to maximize audience engagement.
• Manage production workflows, including file organization, version control, and archiving.
• Adapt video assets for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and paid advertising channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams from concept through execution.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, oversee multiple revision cycles, and maintain timelines.
• Stay current with video marketing trends, emerging tools, and platform‑specific best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video output and drive improvements in production processes.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented video professional with a strong portfolio of marketing‑driven videos.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, content production, or a similar creative role, preferably within a marketing environment.
• Understanding of how video supports lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion goals.
• Experience producing content in multiple formats, including short‑form and long‑form videos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro or comparable video editing platforms.
