Hospitality Operations Leader – Live Events & Bar

About the role

Hard Rock Cafe in Madrid is looking for a Hospitality Operations Leader to manage live events and bar operations. The role involves leading large teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, and upholding the brand’s rock‑and‑roll culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sizable staff groups across the bar and live‑event areas.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including service standards, inventory control, and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Plan and schedule staff rotas, manage recruitment and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and equipment.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Drive guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and implementing continuous‑improvement measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Significant experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
