Hotel Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at our Barceló Sants property in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Register guest arrivals and departures, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Generate and manage the information required for delivering hotel services.
• Safeguard valuables deposited at the reception desk.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar front‑desk or reception role.
• High proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and communication abilities.
