Italian Customer Support Agent – Automotive & Hybrid

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions as an Italian Customer Support Agent, helping drivers of automobiles, motorbikes and power equipment. You will use your passion for technology and cars to assist customers with product questions, technical issues and IoT‑enabled features.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming contacts – phone calls, emails and letters – from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about Bosch’s automotive product portfolio and explain relevant company policies.
• Resolve client queries, manage complaints and support first‑level technical assistance for IoT‑connected vehicles.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service and building strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English.
• Strong interest in automotive technology and hybrid vehicles.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
