About the role

The Head of Partida (kitchen station) at Hotel Occidental Diagonal 414 will lead the preparation and service of dishes for the hotel’s restaurant. You will organise supplies, supervise staff and ensure compliance with hygiene standards in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise raw material and equipment preparation and allocate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Develop and supervise recipes according to menu cycles and food‑handling best practices.
• Direct and monitor the work of assistants and cooks during dish preparation.
• Oversee cleaning, storage and replenishment of food items for the station.
• Ensure accurate hygiene‑sanitary records and controls are applied.
• Assist with basic receiving, storage and internal stock replenishment following established procedures.

Required profile

• Higher‑level vocational training in Kitchen Management, Hospitality or a degree in Tourism.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar kitchen‑supervisor role.
• High level of English is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Food safety management (APPCC/HACCP) knowledge.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with culinary equipment, products and utensils.
