About the role

Omega CRM is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Consultant to support the development and execution of automated online campaigns that drive sales and market share. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with consultancy on Marketing Automation projects for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage automated digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise to meet sales objectives.
• Provide external consultancy for the implementation of Marketing Automation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall customer experience strategy.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Marketing.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools is valued.
• Knowledge of Next‑best Action (NBA) is a plus.
