Learning & Development Intern (Season 2027)

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) intern for season 2027. The intern supports the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs that improve employee skills, engagement and performance, working with the L&D team and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of employee training programs and learning initiatives.
• Promote learning courses internally and encourage employee participation.
• Help create and distribute communications for People & Culture events, workshops and engagement programs.
• Schedule training sessions, manage calendars, coordinate participants and communicate with stakeholders.
• Create and update training materials, presentations and guides.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain learning records, attendance data and training documentation.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Research learning trends, training methodologies and professional development opportunities.
• Support LMS and other learning platforms, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Provide general administrative support to the L&D/HR team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Nice to have: previous internship or academic experience in HR, training or education, presentation and content creation experience, familiarity with LMS or HR systems, basic knowledge of instructional design, and data analysis or survey experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Marketing skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail.
• Advantageous: LMS platforms, Canva, Articulate or Captivate.
