People and Culture Intern - Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The People & Culture Intern supports the People & Culture team in the daily administration and execution of HR initiatives at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, which reopened in August 2024 after an extensive restoration. The internship gives hands-on exposure to employee engagement, internal communications, recruitment support, learning and development, employee administration and culture initiatives, within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support: filing, data management, documentation and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding for new employees and interns.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, celebrations and internal events.
• Help coordinate colleague activities, wellness initiatives and culture programs.
• Keep internal communication channels (notice boards, TV screens, newsletters, internal social media) up to date.
• Help create presentations, reports, communications materials and departmental documentation.
• Support training and development: scheduling sessions, tracking attendance and keeping training records.
• Support recruitment: job posting updates, candidate communication, interview coordination, career fairs and Talent Days.
• Support employer branding and partnerships with hospitality schools and universities.
• Maintain confidentiality with employee information and collaborate with all departments.

Required profile

• Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken Spanish and English.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and work in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Schedule: seasonal full-time contract, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.
