Local SEO Account Manager for Client Success & Growth

About the role

This remote position is focused on managing and growing relationships with local business clients in Spain. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, performance reporting, and strategic discussions to improve their local visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, setting clear expectations and ensuring smooth service activation.
• Serve as the main communication channel for clients, handling updates, strategy sessions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand client value through additional SEO, advertising, or content services.
• Monitor client satisfaction proactively, address concerns, and implement preventive actions to maintain high retention.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, project management, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of client strategies.
• Align client goals with marketing performance to support continuous account growth.
