Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor joins the Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, ensuring smooth overnight operations and accurate financial reporting. You will be the key point of contact for guests and internal teams during the night shift, delivering the brand’s high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage flawless check‑in and check‑out procedures during night hours.
• Answer telephone calls with clarity and provide assistance to internal and external callers.
• Generate, verify and distribute end‑of‑day financial reports to relevant departments and management.
• Review guest folios, room charges and postings, correcting any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Security and the Night Manager in case of emergencies or incidents.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues, ensuring courteous service.
• Prepare the Front Desk for the next day by updating systems and documentation.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Night Manager.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Front Office operations or a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts and maintain a well‑groomed appearance.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS.
