Presales Engineer - Trend Micro & Tenable

About the role

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company serving technology manufacturers and their channel partners in commercial and government markets. As a Presales Engineer, you will work in the technical department alongside sales representatives to sell and promote security products and solutions to customers. The position is based in Alcobendas, Spain, and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customized demos and presentations, and provide technical advice and support to customers.
• Conduct training, workshops and webinars for customers.
• Support business teams in developing offers for clients and act as technical consultant to partners, identifying their needs and opportunities.
• Visit customers regularly and create proof of concept (PoC) projects in real customer environments using Arrow's security solutions.
• Take part in technology fairs and events.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in networks and security (networks, antivirus/endpoint protection, XDR, email protection, ASRM, etc.); knowledge of Trend Micro and Tenable is preferred.
• Networking and security skills are a plus.
• Negotiation and strong communication skills, with a strong customer orientation.
• Ability to identify and resolve partner issues while prioritizing workload.
• Willingness to travel regionally and attend EMEA events.
• Team player.

Required skills

• Certification in vendor technologies is expected.
• Continuous learning of the latest technologies.
