Product Marketing Manager - Pump Services

About the role

Sulzer's Pump Services helps customers across critical industries improve the reliability, efficiency, sustainability and lifecycle performance of their rotating equipment. The Product Marketing Manager shapes and drives the global marketing strategy for this business, connecting customer and market needs with Sulzer's service capabilities and turning them into clear value propositions. The role works closely with global product leaders, sales teams, regional and segment marketing and technical experts, and supports demand generation and commercial opportunities. It is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for Pump Services, aligned with business growth, customer needs and regional opportunities.
• Define target markets, customer segments, growth opportunities and value propositions that differentiate Sulzer's offering.
• Plan and deliver integrated global campaigns that generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth and strengthen customer engagement.
• Partner with regional and segment marketing teams to adapt global campaigns locally, and help sales teams qualify commercial opportunities.
• Create customer-focused content such as case studies, solution stories, presentations, videos, webinars, brochures and digital assets.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, service, product management and regional teams, and support service launches, customer events and commercial programs.
• Track campaign performance using metrics such as lead generation, pipeline contribution and customer engagement, and leverage AI and digital tools to improve content efficiency.
• Maintain consistent, technically accurate and brand-aligned marketing materials across global channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial services, engineering, energy, chemicals, technology, pumps or rotating equipment.
• Demonstrated product marketing experience and campaign execution across multiple markets or regions.
• Fluent English; an additional language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally, with expected travel of more than 15%.
• Preferred: experience marketing complex technical or industrial service solutions, knowledge of pumps or rotating equipment, and an additional language.
