R2R Solutions and Systems Manager

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for an R2R Solutions and Systems Manager in Madrid. As the technical expert for SAP and other non-SAP finance systems, you will lead the implementation of finance applications, work with Process experts and Enterprise architects, coordinate with the Platform Team on product delivery requirements and help build the transformation roadmap for the Finance function. The role may also include people management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the R2R director in future-state road mapping and contribute to technical innovation in Finance
• Deliver high-quality, secure code in line with technical standards, supporting financial reporting and close activities
• Work with the Service Desk to resolve incidents and technical enquiries, and lead incident resolution
• Implement new solutions according to the architecture design of Enterprise and Solution Architects, keeping them cost-optimized and easy to maintain
• Manage contracts for in-scope applications and monitor license usage
• Support projects using an external partner strategy and consult selected vendors on development, testing and support services

Required profile

• Deep hands-on experience with S/4HANA finance modules
• Technical experience with Blackline and GLSU, including connectivity to SAP S/4 and ECC
• Full-stack engineering, automated deployment and continuous integration
• Understanding of accounting and external reporting, and of the business and finance beyond accounting
• Growth mindset, integrity and sound judgement
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation, Blackline and GLSU journals, and knowledge of VBA and low/no-code solutions
• Willingness to work across time zones and mandatory English proficiency
