Remote DTC Creative Strategist (English Fluency Required)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DTC Creative Strategist to design and execute high‑performing social media video ads for our international clients. The role blends creativity, data‑driven insight, and strategic thinking to maximise ROI on TikTok and Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative creative angles and strategies for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands.
• Produce, script, and oversee video ad creation for TikTok and Meta.
• Analyse ad account performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
• Lead and coordinate a creative team of editors, designers, and copywriters.
• Write copy, video scripts, and detailed creative briefs.
• Maintain strong client communication and present strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years experience in online advertising, specifically video ads for TikTok and Meta.
• Background in a performance‑marketing or creative agency, or in‑house brand role.
• Experience in a client‑facing position with proven attention to detail.
• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday.
