Reservations Intern – Season 2027

About the role

The Reservations Intern supports the Reservations Department at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor in managing guest bookings and ensuring smooth communication throughout the reservation process. The role offers hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel systems and operational coordination within a luxury hospitality setting, working closely with the Reservations team.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and assist in processing guest reservations accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with guests by phone, email and other channels to confirm, modify or cancel bookings
• Inform guests about rates, room categories and available promotions
• Help complete daily reports and support the management of reservation systems so data is entered and updated correctly
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest preferences
• Assist with daily inventory checks and identify discrepancies or booking issues
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest communications
• Learn the core principles of luxury guest service and reservation management

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Legal right to work in Spain
• Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
