About the role
Parques Reunidos, an international operator of leisure and entertainment destinations with over 50 years of experience, is hiring a restaurant helper for Parque Faunia. The role serves customers according to the point-of-sale menu, preparing and serving orders to the required quantity and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers according to the menu offered at the point of sale, serving orders in the right quantity and quality.
- Prepare and serve the products requested by customers and collect payment.
- Prepare work areas such as bars, dining rooms and terraces.
- Provide direct customer service for food and drink consumption following the guidelines set by the Restaurant Manager.
- Carry out basic preparations according to culinary instructions, collaborating with the cook on preparation, cooking and presentation when needed.
- Set up and check crockery to ensure it is in good condition.
- Keep the establishment clean according to hygiene standards and clean kitchen machinery, stoves and other equipment.
- Take stock at the end of each month and load beverage dispensers.
