About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid offers internship opportunities for motivated hospitality students starting their career in January/February 2027. Interns support daily operations in their assigned department while learning from experienced professionals in a luxury hotel setting, developing skills and understanding the standards of excellence that define the brand.

Available departments

• F&B: Banquets, Dani, El Patio and In Room Dining
• Culinary: kitchen and pastry
• Rooms: Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge
• Sales & Marketing: Sales, Reservations, Catering, Public Relations
• Hygiene, IT, Finance, People & Culture

Required profile

• Passion for service and attention to detail, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Philosophy aligned with the Golden Rule: treating others as you would like to be treated
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish (Spanish required only for culinary internships)
• Legal right to work in Spain at the time of applying
