Rooms Manager in Training (MIT) - Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to join as a Rooms Manager in Training (MIT). The 18-month programme aims to develop the MIT into a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position upon completion, subject to satisfactory performance. Participants rotate through the Rooms departments: Front Office, Concierge, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and Reservations.

Required profile

• Upcoming or recent graduate from a Hospitality Management post-secondary programme (graduates from all disciplines will be considered)
• Minimum one to two years' experience in the hospitality or service industry
• Leadership experience shown through work, extracurriculars and/or studies
• Ability to anticipate and prioritise guest needs, with an energetic and professional approach to hospitality
• Valid work permit and fluency in both English and Spanish
