Sales Intern - Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Sales Intern supports the Sales team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor in the daily coordination of sales activities, client communication, administrative tasks and commercial initiatives. The internship gives hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality sales while building knowledge of client relationship management, sales systems, reporting and hotel operations. The position is a seasonal, full-time contract of 40 hours per week with consecutive and rotating shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including correspondence, reports, presentations and client communications.
• Help prepare and distribute sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, MEMOs, resumes and internal communications.
• Update client accounts, bookings, contacts and sales activities in the hotel systems.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain sales databases, files, schedules and calendars.
• Support site inspections, client visits, meetings and other sales activities.
• Gather information and prepare reports on accounts, agencies, partners and sales production.
• Work with other hotel departments so that sales and client information is shared accurately.
• Support special projects, market research, competitive analysis and other commercial initiatives.
• Learn and follow Four Seasons sales standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish is highly valued.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Interest in developing knowledge of luxury hospitality, sales processes, client relationships and commercial strategies.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage several tasks, handle client and sales information accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication with clients, partners and colleagues.
