Sales Support Specialist - Customer Support

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales & Service Support Specialist to join its Service Business team in Sant Quirze del Valles. The role reports to the Sales Support Manager and acts as the administrative and financial link between Sales, Operations, Project Managers, customers and other internal stakeholders. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full service order process, helping customers at each step and creating service, sales and purchase orders with accurate, complete data.
• Act as the main interface for administrative service matters between Operations, Project Managers, Sales teams and customers.
• Handle service invoicing, monitor project and service order profitability, and track revenue, costs, margins and backlog.
• Evaluate cost variances and profitability risks, help with monthly close and financial reviews, and track receivables and past-due invoices.
• Respond to customer and business inquiries, escalate when needed, and help improve processes to reduce manual tasks.

Required profile

• 3 years of experience as internal Sales & Service Support.
• Reliable, improvement-focused and able to handle changing priorities and different tasks.
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach with solid written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish and medium-level English.
