SAP Authorization Analyst & Audit Support

About the role

Join the Digital Campus at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete as a SAP Authorization Analyst & Audit Support. You will work within the ERP PSL team, handling user access management (Level 1 support) and assisting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) models in line with Airbus security standards.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP role and authorization configurations.
• Perform regular Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict analyses to prevent fraudulent or conflicting permissions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, change tickets, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate user access reviews and maintain audit evidence.
• Assist SAP implementation projects worldwide, focusing on SAP ECC6, SAP S/4 Hana, and SAP GRC authorisation setups.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Cyber Security or a related field.
• Several years of experience with SAP products, especially SAP Authorization Management.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, or IT Audit.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and audit processes.
