Senior Process & Transformation Manager - Direct Procurement

About the role

Roche is looking for a Senior Process & Transformation Manager for its Diagnostics Direct Procurement (DOP) function in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The role builds long-term capability in DOP by embedding scalable processes, digital innovation, financial transparency and sustainable governance. It combines transformation leadership, business process excellence and digital enablement, and works within large global transformation programs in an agile (SAFe) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Senior Project Manager for Direct Procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA, GEP Nexxe and others, and serve as the voice of DOP in global workshops, fit-to-template sessions and agile ceremonies.
• Analyse end-to-end Direct Procurement processes, run gap analyses and root-cause assessments, and design optimized future-state processes with documented workflows, SOPs and RACI matrices.
• Elicit and validate business requirements, write functional specifications, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support testing cycles.
• Advise on automation, simplification and digital enablement, integrate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial, Global Tax and Legal, and support AI solution use cases.
• Develop data-driven business cases, quantify cost savings, efficiency gains and working capital improvement, and track value realization.
• Support deployment, data validation, training and hypercare, run change management, monitor KPIs and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree preferable with 5-7 years.
• Experience in business analysis, functional consulting or process transformation in global matrix organizations.
• Strong financial acumen, KPI definition and business case development.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA (MM / Procurement) and GEP Nexxe.
• Fit-gap analysis, functional specification design, user story definition and end-to-end traceability.
• Agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum); certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP or Prosci are advantageous.
