Strategy & Insights Intern (Security & Privacy)

About the role

Roche Diagnostics' Product Security and Privacy Organization (PSPO) is transforming from manual reporting and spreadsheets toward automated, AI-enabled dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility of its security and privacy posture. As Strategy & Insights Intern within the PSPO Strategic Operations team, you will help build the reporting and data foundation from the ground up, working alongside the Programme Manager, Project Managers and Strategic Operations Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, build and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track PSPO's performance.
• Explore, test and recommend AI tools that improve how PSPO reports, analyses and automates its work.
• Help establish a single, reliable source of truth for product and portfolio data across PSPO.
• Support the quarterly OKR cycle by consolidating inputs, tracking progress and preparing review materials.
• Help prepare and facilitate leadership meetings, monthly project portfolio reviews and internal workshops, and produce clear, well-structured materials for them.
• Collaborate with colleagues across PSPO chapters, including occasional support to Risk & Governance initiatives and internal communications.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their application to real business problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to turn data into a clear message.
• Well organised, proactive and comfortable working with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English; no prior professional experience required.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable structuring, analysing and presenting data.
• Nice to have: Power BI, Tableau or Looker; basic SQL, Python or similar; interest in cybersecurity, privacy or healthcare technology; experience with visualisation, presentation design or data storytelling.

You will be based in Sant Cugat, paired with a dedicated mentor and buddy, and will learn how a global product security and privacy function operates, how strategy is turned into measurable objectives, and the basics of cybersecurity and privacy in regulated medical technology.
