About the role

Barcelo Hotel Group is offering a student internship in the Hotel‑Cluster Administration area for candidates based in Catalonia. The placement provides hands‑on experience across multiple hotel departments, allowing you to apply academic knowledge in a real‑world hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through hotel areas such as floors, reception, restaurant, bars, kitchen, maintenance, guest experience, commercial & events, reservations & revenue, and administration.
• Support daily operations and assist with tasks linked to your field of study.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand processes and contribute to service quality.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor's degree or master’s program related to hospitality, tourism, business administration or a similar field.
• Ability to sign a training agreement with your educational institution.
• Any additional requirements specific to the chosen department.
