Supply Chain Planning Consultant (IBP / Kinaxis) - Mid to Senior Level

About the role

Infosys Consulting's Supply Chain Management team supports major brands in designing and implementing resilient, agile supply chains, using AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to automate decisions. This role leads Supply Chain Planning workstreams in international, client-focused projects with strong autonomy, acting as functional and solution expert. It is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in international projects with strong autonomy and guidance.
• Advise customers proactively and deliver results in your areas of expertise.
• Plan, conceive and implement complex SCM transformation projects over the full project life cycle.
• Contribute to business development, from request for information to proposal submission and presentation.
• Take part in developing the practice, including service offerings, training and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation experience in roles such as functional lead, solution architect or SME (alternatively the same role on the industry side).
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning, in areas such as forecasting, demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, production planning and SC control tower.
• Ideally experience leading IT consulting companies and in manufacturing, CGP and/or life science.
• Experience planning, conceiving and implementing complex SCM transformation projects, and evaluating existing processes with SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
• Excellent communication skills in English, ideally a second language, and strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for project-related mobility.

Required skills

• SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis (certification is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management and production scheduling
• Familiarity with other supply chain management software
