Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Destinus, a provider of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and aerospace solutions for defense, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern in Madrid. This is a paid, full-time internship of 35-40 hours per week, ideally between 9 AM and 6 PM, and requires availability throughout the internship period. The intern sources, screens and engages candidates while supporting the HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Support the HR team with HR functions, internal communications, documentation, meeting coordination and process streamlining.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), track hiring progress and help with administrative recruitment tasks.
• Source and reach out to top talent using LinkedIn, job boards and other tools.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle several tasks at once.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus).
• Ability to sign a school agreement (convenio de prácticas); without it the internship cannot be done.
