Talent Acquisition Specialist - Spain

About the role

Nordic Talent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its internal team in Spain, based either on the Costa Blanca or the Costa del Sol; the candidate must already live in one of these regions. The role helps shape recruitment at Nordic Talent by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent together with clients, within a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process, from collaborating with hiring managers and creating and publishing job ads to sourcing candidates, interviewing and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Plan and lead start-up meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and expectations.
• Sourcing candidates through Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and effective communication throughout the process.
• Contribute recruitment expertise to secure highly qualified, motivated and versatile colleagues.
• Keep tracking systems, databases and administrative tasks accurate and up to date.

Required profile

• Three to five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience of the full recruitment process, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Detail-oriented and structured.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Comfortable using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
• Experience with Teamtailor is a plus.

The position is full-time, starts in autumn 2025 and comes with fixed compensation.
