Tech Lead – Web Development for Spares, MRO & Training

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead in Web Development to drive digital projects for Spares, MRO and Training at Airbus Helicopters’ Digital Campus in Albacete. You will be responsible for the security, quality and stability of the code base that supports customer‑facing ordering, training and maintenance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical strategy for web solutions within the Spares, MRO & Training domain.
• Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring best practices and high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate with product owners, business analysts, managed service providers and users to align requirements and execution.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from conception through production deployment.
• Maintain code security, performance and reliability across all applications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage code delivery.
• Strong understanding of software quality, security and stability concerns.
• Experience working with internal customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
