Waiter – Hotel Occidental Roca Negra

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter to join the team at Hotel Occidental Roca Negra in Las Palmas. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous and responsible service and sales of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required and attend to their needs throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and all necessary equipment.

Required profile

• Medium-level vocational training in hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar waiter or food-service role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team-player with the ability to work under pressure, good personal presentation and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation).
