Web Developer – CRM Product Service Line

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Web Developer to join its Digital Campus in Albacete. You will work within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain, contributing to the design, development and maintenance of web‑based solutions that support sales, marketing and support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance front‑end and back‑end components for custom web applications and CRM tools.
• Design technical solutions that integrate with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, PROS CPQ, Qualtrics) and the Liferay‑based customer portal AirbusWorld.
• Ensure stability, performance and operability of all CRM‑related services, collaborating with internal teams, managed service providers and end users.
• Participate in the delivery of digital projects, contributing to architecture decisions and API integration.
• Maintain and evolve mobile‑focused services that meet security standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, preferably within a CRM or aerospace environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on service excellence.

• Liferay portal development
• Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front‑end and back‑end frameworks)
• API design and integration
