About the role
Ready to join one of Airbus' programmes in Spain? Airbus offers a six‑month curricular practicum for final‑year students, aimed at acquiring professional skills through a project that reshapes MRO for future combat aircraft.
Key responsibilities
- Study the current Combat MRO model in Getafe, analysing strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify synergies in the new model being deployed for future aircraft.
- Define a conversion model from the old to the new model, including risk/opportunity analysis, detailed planning and a control board for progress.
- Deliver final lessons learned and a SWOT (DAFO) analysis for project continuity.
Required profile
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field (final year).
- English proficiency minimum B2 (C1 desirable).
- Spanish proficiency minimum B1.
- General knowledge of MRO (desirable).
- Team‑working, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Curiosity, strong learning curve and ability to collaborate internationally.
