About the role

The Waiter Assistant supports the front‑of‑house team at Hotel Occidental Roca Negra, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable. You will help with seating, beverage and food service, and maintain the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle when needed.
• Provide direct service for drinks and meals.
• Participate in setting up, serving, and clearing tables.
• Help keep your work area clean and maintain equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hospitality) and mandatory HACCP training.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work under stress.
• Good physical agility, balance, and a well‑kept personal image.
• Strong social skills and customer‑focused orientation.
