Change Management & Analytics Lead - CPQ Pricing Migration

About the role

The Change Management and Analytics Lead joins the Enterprise Pricing program within Corporate Finance at IQVIA, which gives pricing guidance to offering leadership, go-to-market teams and quote developers. The role leads the organization-wide migration from legacy pricing methods to a unified digital CPQ (Configure Price Quote) system, combining operational leadership, change management expertise and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition of all IQVIA offerings from decentralized pricing to a centralized new system, acting as the main liaison between offerings and the technical configuration team
• Develop and run change management strategies: meetings, consolidated messages, task tracking, go-live follow-up and stakeholder alignment
• Optimize processes, track progress and report on transition efforts to speed adoption
• Design and run a pricing performance monitoring program with dashboards, and propose benchmarks, alerts and insights for pricing strategy
• Identify defects and bugs, and collect and deploy enhancement proposals through user feedback and recurring analysis, including UAT

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related; MBA preferred
• At least two years in a consulting or cross-functional role
• Experience deploying at least two systems to a large group of stakeholders in a global enterprise
• Experience managing and analysing large data sets
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must

• AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) and automation tools (e.g. Power Automate)
• Project management techniques and ability to present data simply to management
• Lean practices (nice to have)
