Strategic Finance Senior Analyst

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a curious, analytical and proactive Senior Analyst to join its Global Strategic Finance team in Madrid. The role works across strategy, finance and operations to support decision-making across business lines and markets, improve business performance and strengthen financial processes. It suits someone who enjoys turning data into clear insights and taking ownership in a fast-moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support global strategic finance initiatives covering forecasting and financial visibility
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders on planning and investment decisions
• Analyse business performance using KPIs, financial models, scenario planning and root-cause analysis
• Help build and improve financial and operational processes that can scale across teams and markets
• Partner with regional and functional teams (Business Lines, Product, Data and Engineering) to share insight analyses
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy through automation and data validation

Required profile

• 1.5-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in strategy, consulting, finance, investment banking or a related analytical role
• Degree in a STEM, quantitative or business-related field with a strong academic record
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical skills, business judgment and attention to detail
• Proactive, organized and able to take ownership of work
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-changing environment
