Senior Treasury & Payments Specialist

About the role

Fever, a global platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Finance & Payments Specialist (Fever Originals) to support its Treasury and Development Accounts Payable functions. The role owns the payment development process for Fever Originals projects, linking Project Managers with internal stakeholders so that investments in original content are processed accurately and on time, while driving process improvements and compliance as the business grows in new countries. The position is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the development process for Fever Originals projects.
• Liaise with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of development payments.
• Carry out all onboarding and compliance activities.
• Assist with the month-end financial reporting process.
• Work with Business, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Sales to execute development payments and troubleshoot issues.
• Use existing processes to identify improvements, including performance and technology-based changes.

Required profile

• Accounting, finance or related degree.
• 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, and bilingual Spanish.
• Strong organisation and time management, able to handle multiple competing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision, databases or data mining is desirable.
