Finance Operations & ERP Specialist

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Finance Operations & ERP Specialist in Madrid. The role supports the migration of existing companies from external accounting systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as part of a strategic project to standardise and automate finance and accounting processes across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and collect financial and administrative information from external accounting firms and local teams.
• Analyse local financial and administrative processes and align them with group standards.
• Migrate accounting and operational data from external systems into Business Central.
• Map local charts of accounts to the group's global chart of accounts.
• Analyse, reconcile and migrate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Configure VAT and tax settings according to local regulations.
• Set up posting groups, G/L mappings and group-specific configurations.
• Work with approval workflows for purchasing and invoicing.
• Validate migrated data, support testing and go-live, and provide post-migration support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting/finance modules of ERP.
• Experience in multi-currency environments.
• English level C1 or higher (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP or accounting system migrations.
• Experience in multinational groups and familiarity with structured migration projects.
• Previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
