Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy across your product lines, grounded in a clear point of view on where DAM is heading and how Bynder wins.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, sales, marketing, customer success—to drive successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to surface emerging needs, validate direction, and build conviction around the roadmap.
- Represent the product externally with analysts, partners, and prospects.
Required profile
- 5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content‑operations platforms (PIM, MRM, Brand Management, Creative Workflow).
- Proven industry expertise: deep understanding of content team workflows, asset lifecycles, and enterprise deployment friction points.
- Demonstrable experience building products that achieve meaningful customer impact and adoption.
- 2+ years managing and growing a team of product managers or product owners.
- Fluency in the martech ecosystem with strong knowledge of DXP integrations and how DAM co‑exists with CMS, PIM, and creative tooling.
- Experience managing products at different lifecycle stages, including packaging, field enablement, and customer onboarding.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to align engineering, go‑to‑market, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in customer conversations and analyst briefings.
