M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate in Madrid. The role owns the post-acquisition lifecycle: turning M&A visions into successful integrations by driving business plans, leading cross-functional roadmaps across product, marketing and operations, and acting as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze acquired companies' business models, commercial performance and growth drivers, and define and monitor their business plans
• Track post-acquisition performance and support expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines
• Develop and run integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing and corporate functions, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and dependencies, solve challenges proactively and improve integration playbooks and processes
• Align acquired teams with internal departments on goals, timelines and priorities, and communicate progress to executive leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations or M&A integration
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus
